Why didn’t I receive my free kids tickets when I purchased an adult ticket?

The free children’s ticket is a physical voucher that must be acquired at a participating location, such as a gas station, grocery store, rec center, handed out by the faculty at your child’s school, as well as many other local businesses a week prior to that respective show’s dates.

How do I use my Free Children's Tickets if there is no place to enter them online?

Bring your Free Children's Tickets with you to the Circus they will need to be exchanged at the box office.​

Why does it say GA on the ticket purchasing page?

GA stands for GENERAL ADMISSION seating (first come first serve). Come early for best seating or upgrade to VIP RingSide Reserved Seats.​

If I buy my tickets online and I have Free Children's Tickets in my hands, how do I know I'm going to get to sit with my children?

All general admission seating is open seating (first come first serve). We suggest you get there early. If you want VIP RingSide Seating you may purchase VIP tickets which are reserved.

What time do the doors open?

Doors open 1 hour prior to show time.​

How long is the show?
The circus performance is 1 1/2 hours.​
How many children can I get in for free with these tickets?

One Child per Free Ticket.

Can I get the $14.50 Adult tickets at the box office on show day?
No. The Deal is only available ONLINE in ADVANCE and Online sales cutoff at 10:30 AM on show day; After 10:30 AM tickets are only available at the box office at full price.​
How do I get my tickets after I purchase them?

They will be emailed to you; then print the tickets and bring them with you.​

Do my Free Children Tickets work for VIP Seating?
No. You must purchase a VIP Upgrade Ticket for each child.​
Can we bring our own food?

No. Outside food and drink is not permitted in the Circus.

Can tickets be purchased at the door?
Yes, tickets can be purchased as early as one hour prior to the start of the show.
Is there handicapped seating?

Yes, all buildings that we perform inside of are ADA compliant. If the building is unable to provide appropriate seating we will have ADA seating available.

Do we use peanut products?
No, none of the products we use or sell contain peanut products, but the venues do sell concessions as well and we urge customers to contact the venue to check with them as well.
What if I didn’t receive my tickets?

If you do not receive your tickets instantly please call our office, so we may resend your tickets to you.  

Can I use my tickets for another showtime?
Yes, your tickets can be used for another showtime. If your tickets are through another ticket company other than ours, you will need to contact that company directly to change your ticket time.
Are there assigned seats?
No. Seating is on a first come first serve basis. The same rule applies to VIP seating as well.
What ages can use a Free Kid Ticket?

Children 2 and under are free.

Children ages 3 to 13 can use the Free Kid Ticket with the purchase of an adult ticket.

Anyone over the age of 13 is considered an adult.

Is there a cost for Free Child's Tickets?

While free child tickets are free, with one free child ticket per paid adult ticket, there are taxes, insurance, and facility fees that may be applied at checkout.  These minimal fees cover the cost of using the free child ticket in person at the venue.
